David Pollock joined Nugent Law Office in 2025 after articling and practicing as a civil litigator at a regional full-service firm, where he worked in employment, construction, environmental, and Indigenous law. Born and raised in Edmonton, he received his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2022 and a Bachelor of Music from MacEwan University in 2016, and he was called to the Alberta bar in 2023. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and now practices union-side labour law at Nugent.
