About Adam

Adam Cembrowski joined Nugent Law Office in 2018 as an articling student and continued on as a lawyer representing unions and employees. He handles wrongful dismissals, contract disputes including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, human rights complaints, judicial reviews, and workplace privacy matters, and regularly appears before the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta and the Court of Appeal of Alberta. His academic legal writing has been cited by appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and he has designed and taught legal classes at post-secondary institutions, most recently at the University of Alberta. Before joining Nugent Law, he clerked at the Court of Queen's Bench.
