About Jacob
Jacob Axelrod represents unions and employees on labour and employment matters at Nugent Law Office in Edmonton, with experience in wrongful dismissals, collective agreement disputes, union organizing, human rights complaints, and disability benefits disputes. He has appeared before labour relations boards, labour arbitrators, human rights tribunals, and all levels of court in Alberta, and has served as a union nominee on labour arbitration boards. Axelrod teaches at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law as a sessional instructor and was called to the Alberta bar in 2016.
