About Adam
Adam Haller has spent more than a decade handling complex intellectual property litigation across Canada, acting for clients in pharmaceutical and life sciences, energy, financial services, consumer brands, and technology industries. His caseload includes patent infringement and validity disputes, matters under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, and trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition, and trade secret claims. Before joining his current firm, Adam practiced at a global law firm and later oversaw intellectual property management and licensing at a major Canadian research university. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2010 and in Nova Scotia in 2022, and he teaches an upper-year Patent Law course at Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law.
