About David

David Marshall has practiced corporate and commercial law since being called to the Bar in 1983, with a focus over the past 20 years on commercial real estate. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1983 and the Manitoba Bar in 1984, after earning his LL.B. and B.A. from the University of Manitoba. He has represented major national retailers acquiring, leasing and developing properties in Manitoba, as well as banks, credit unions and private lenders in construction and term financing. David is a past director of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation and was selected for The Best Lawyers™ in Canada in Real Estate Law since 2008.
