About Annie

Annie Ta is a managing partner at DD West LLP working out of the firm's Calgary office. She was called to the Alberta bar in 2003 and the Manitoba bar in 2022, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Calgary (2002) and a B.Comm. with distinction, also from the University of Calgary (1996). She holds the CPA, CA designation and practises mainly in securities, corporate and commercial law, and tax and estate planning, including public and private equity offerings, franchise matters, and business acquisitions. She also practises in municipal law, real estate, and wills and estates.
