About David
David joined McTague Law Firm in 2002 and became a partner seven years later. He practices exclusively in employment and labour law, representing employers and management in union certification applications, collective bargaining, labour arbitration, wrongful dismissal actions, human rights complaints, and Ontario Labour Relations Board matters, as well as construction labour issues. He also frequently prosecutes police disciplinary matters under the Police Services Act for municipal police services. He earned an honours business administration degree from the University of Windsor in 1997 and his LL.B. there in 2000, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2002. He has taught labour arbitration at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and formerly lectured at the Law Society's bar admission course.
