About Darwin

Darwin completed his articles and began his career in Windsor before joining McTague's litigation group in 2015; he became a partner in 2022. His practice covers commercial and civil litigation, insurance law, and personal injury claims. He earned an honours BA from the University of Toronto in 2007 and a JD from the University of Windsor in 2013, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2014. He serves as a board member of the Essex Law Association.
