About Brian

Brian became a partner at McTague in 2016, returning to the corporate practice where he began his career in 1999. His practice centers on corporate, real estate and trust law, including corporate finance, reorganizations, governance, mergers and acquisitions, wills and estates, and estate and business succession planning. He earned a BA from the University of Waterloo in 1988, an MBA from the University of Windsor in 1990, and his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1997, and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1999. He is a lawyer member of the Ontario Consent and Capacity Board, a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, and has served on the boards of the Windsor Cancer Center Foundation, Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare, and Windsor Regional Hospital.
