About Margaret
Vicente practices child protection law, handling Children's Aid Society matters for clients in Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and Sarnia-Lambton. Her practice also covers family law, fertility law, employment law, small claims court matters, and wills. She earned an honours degree in Criminology from the University of Windsor in 2000 and graduated from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law in 2004, before being called to the Ontario bar in 2005. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Essex County Law Association, and the Kent County Law Association, and sits as a personal rights panel member for the Office of the Children's Lawyer. She co-founded the Ontario Association of Child Protection Lawyers and served as its first Vice President, and has also served as a past board member and secretary of the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
