About Susan

Susan McBride is an associate practising employment law, with extensive experience helping employers manage WSIB claims and appeals, the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (Agricultural Stream), Employment Standards, human rights, and disability and accommodation matters. She has almost 20 years in employment law and more than 30 years in Human Resources, including a role as Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Compliance at a large agricultural company overseeing more than 2,300 people. She was Vice Chair of the Agricultural Advisory Committee at the Workplace and Prevention Services and has volunteered with Pro Bono Lawyers of Ontario's Child Advocacy Project and the Migrant Worker Ministry (Diocese of London).
