David Ukrainetz is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office with a broad business background spanning franchise law, corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency law, and entrepreneur advice. He grew up in rural Saskatchewan, earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Saskatchewan, and has operated several commercial ventures. He joined the partnership in 2023 and has appeared before courts in Saskatchewan and Alberta. David earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both with great distinction, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2013, and is active with the Canadian Franchise Association and the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.
