About David

David Bleiwas is a principal partner at Beard Winter LLP, called to the Ontario bar in 1999. He acts for both corporate clients and individuals in litigation before the courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels, with a focus on employment, commercial, and franchise disputes. His practice also covers shareholder, construction, and real estate conflicts, and he has taken cases up on appeal to the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society. Outside the office, David is a father of four daughters who stays active through baseball, hockey, skiing, golf, and hiking.
