About Nazanin
Nazanin Aram concentrates on insurance litigation, particularly motor vehicle personal injury defence, a focus she has held since 2016. Her practice also extends to family law, commercial litigation, and administrative law, and she has handled numerous matters through trial, mediation, and arbitration. She holds a Bachelor in Civil Law from Tehran University (2000) and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (2004), and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2013. Aram's career has included stints at several Vancouver-area firms and time operating her own practice, Aramesh Law, before she rejoined Carfra Lawton as associate counsel in 2024.
