About Nazanin

Nazanin Aram founded Aramesh Law, a Vancouver firm specializing in family and civil litigation. She maintains a wide-ranging litigation practice covering personal injury, insurance claims, family law, financial disputes, residential tenancy, and strata law, with significant experience in trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations. In addition to her own firm, she is associate counsel in the insurance defence practice at Carfra Lawton. Educated in both civil and common law systems, she holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from Tehran University, where she ranked fourth among more than 450,000 participants in Iran's national universities admission test, and an LLB from the University of British Columbia. She has been a member of the Law Society of BC since 2013, is a past member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC Board of Governors and the Canadian Bar Association of BC Auto Insurance Committee, and was elected a bencher of the Law Society of BC effective January 2026.
