About Dariya

Dariya Mariya Petryshyn is a junior associate at Lister-Beaupré, called to the Ontario bar in October 2025. She practices employment and family law and continues to serve as FRO Panel Counsel, appearing across Ontario to enforce support orders for the Ontario Family Responsibility Office, where she previously articled and managed more than 100 enforcement files before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Originally from Winnipeg, she studied in Northern Ireland and Canada, earning an LL.B. from Queen's University Belfast (2023), an LL.M. from the University of Toronto (2024), an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University (2020), and a Law Clerk Certification from Algonquin College (2021). She also has paralegal experience in labour and personal injury matters, and is fluent in English and Ukrainian with working knowledge of French, Polish, and Russian.
