Lister-Beaupre Lawyers/Avocats LLP is a bilingual, multi-practice law firm in downtown Ottawa. The firm's roots go back to 2009, when Andrew Lister founded Lister & Associates. The practice later grew into Lister-Beaupre as Chantal Beaupre joined as partner, and it's grown to five lawyers working from a Catherine Street office. Andrew Lister was called to the Ontario bar in 1994 and to the Northwest Territories bar in 2018, and has represented governments, banks, school boards, hospitals, utilities, crown corporations, trade unions and businesses. Chantal Beaupre was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 and focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on employment litigation and labour law.

The firm handles labour and employment law for both employers and employees, civil litigation and dispute resolution, family law, class actions, real estate, wills and estates, and disability insurance claims. Its lawyers appear before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and human rights tribunals. Several lawyers at the firm are fluently bilingual and represent clients in French as well as English. Andrew Lister has also taught employment law part time at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law since 2007, after earlier teaching industrial relations and public administration at Carleton University.
