About Robert

Pancer practises in civil, commercial, and real estate litigation, family law, and bankruptcy and insolvency. He served as a member and counsellor of the Conseil du Barreau de Montréal from 2011 to 2013 and has sat on the Superior Court's Liaison Committee for family matters since 2012. He is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Canadian Bar Association, family law associations, and the Lord Reading Society. He was named among Best Lawyers 2016 Quebec Family Law and was the Best Lawyers 2015 Montreal Family Law 'Lawyer of the Year', and has been named among the 45 top lawyers in Montreal by Best Lawyers as reported in Droit-Inc. A graduate of both McGill University and the University of Ottawa, he was called to the Bar in 1984 and was appointed the firm's Managing Partner in 2014.
