About Danielle

Danielle is a lawyer and registered trademark agent whose practice focuses on business law, with an emphasis on intellectual property, technology and franchise law. She advises clients on trademark strategy, clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, copyright and licensing, and represents both owners and users of intellectual property in technology and commercialization agreements. Danielle also advises on legal issues relating to artificial intelligence and privacy, and is a graduate of the French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa.
