About Geneviève

Geneviève Gaudet practises civil, commercial and administrative litigation, joining the firm in 2020 after completing her articling term there. Her work focuses on public and administrative law and professional liability. She has represented administrative decision-makers in judicial review proceedings, defended a class action involving Hydro-Quebec overbilling allegations, and represented individuals and companies challenging government actions. She has also represented lawyers and law firms in professional liability claims and members of the judiciary facing ethics complaints. She holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal and received the Lieutenant Governor's Medal for Youth for her community involvement.
