About Daniel

Daniel Wilband has spent the past nine years resolving workplace conflicts for employers, unions, and employees. He earned a BCL/LLB from McGill University's Faculty of Law after studying philosophy at King's College in Halifax, and holds a Certificate in Pension Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Certificate in Workplace Investigations from the University of New Brunswick. He clerked at the Ontario Court of Appeal, worked at a labour law firm in Toronto, and later practised at leading labour firms and a general practice firm in Atlantic Canada. He has taught Labour Law at Dalhousie Law School and is a certified workplace investigator.
