About Daniel

Daniel Stern's practice spans corporate matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, along with banking and finance, corporate governance, and restructuring. He draws on business degrees and experience in the pharmaceutical, financial services, and transportation sectors to advise clients on transactions with an eye to their long-term interests.
