About Katie

Katie Helou is a corporate and commercial lawyer in the Toronto office developing a broad practice in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities. During her articles in 2022-2023, she completed a secondment to RBC working on corporate law matters. She attended the University of Toronto Law School and previously earned a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree with the Gold Medal for highest class standing.
