About Daniel

Daniel divides their practice between the courtroom, the mediation room, and the law office, with litigation experience in family law, civil and contract law, real estate law, and estate law. Daniel's current areas of practice are residential and commercial real estate and mortgages, estate planning (wills and powers of attorney), corporate matters, civil litigation, and family law and family law mediation. In 2010, Daniel completed a year-long family mediation training program through the Ontario Association for Family Mediation, recognized by the Ministries and the Ontario courts. Daniel was born and raised in Thunder Bay and worked in carpentry and computer programming before practicing law.
