About Luke
Luke Ruberto is one of two founding partners of Ruberto Sheikh LLP. He earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Lakehead University before completing his law degree at Cardiff University in Wales in 2013, and he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. His practice covers civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, real estate, employment law, family law, and child protection, and he regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal, Small Claims Court, the Ontario Municipal Board, and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Though based in Thunder Bay, he represents individuals, corporations, and First Nation communities across Northwestern Ontario. He is President of the Thunder Bay Law Association, has served on its board of directors since 2016, and coached the Family Law Negotiation moot team at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law from 2021 to 2023.
