About Samantha
Samantha has worked in private practice as both an associate and a partner, and spent almost 10 years as a staff lawyer with the Legal Aid Ontario Family Law clinic. Samantha practices in all areas of family law, including separation agreements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements, contested and uncontested divorces, family law litigation, child protection, and enforcement through the Family Responsibility Office. Samantha helped organize Collaborative Family Law training and certification for other lawyers and helped form the Thunder Bay Collaborative Law Group. Samantha also assists clients with real estate purchases and sales and with wills and powers of attorney. Samantha was raised in Toronto, educated in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Alberta, and moved to Thunder Bay in 1995.
