About Morris

Morris Holervich practises in corporate and commercial litigation and estate litigation, with more than 30 years of experience representing clients in complex disputes involving shareholder matters, construction claims, debt collection, security enforcement, land ownership and use, will interpretation, estate administration, powers of attorney, and guardianship issues. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and a range of provincial and federal administrative tribunals, and is known for a thoughtful, strategic approach that favours practical, cost-effective solutions. He earned undergraduate degrees from Queen's University and his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1985, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987.
