About Daniel

Daniel is a partner and co-lead of Loopstra Nixon's Estate Litigation practice group, practicing exclusively in wills, estates, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship, and capacity matters. He has practiced estate litigation since his call to the Ontario bar in 2015 and is also called to the bar in British Columbia. Daniel has appeared before various levels of court in both provinces and before the Ontario Consent and Capacity Board. Before joining Loopstra Nixon, he was a partner at a Toronto estate litigation boutique firm. He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto and a JD from the University of British Columbia, and he's been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada.
