Daniel Freiheit
Daniel Freiheit is a Law Society of Ontario certified specialist in corporate and commercial law. He graduated from Ivey and Western Law with honours and was called to the bar in 2005. His practice covers complex business structures, corporate governance, franchising, leasing and financing, and dispute resolution, and he has represented clients in precedent-setting franchise and corporate cases.
