About Alexander

Alexander Voudouris is a certified specialist in litigation with Pace Law Firm. He earned a Specialized Honours BA from York University and his law degree from the University of Windsor, and he clerked for the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories. Since being called to the bar in 1991, he spent his first 18 years representing insurance companies such as Allstate, Co-operators, and RBC before shifting to represent accident victims exclusively. Alex has extensive trial, arbitration, and appeal experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, and various tribunals, and he has handled cases involving brain injuries, paraplegia, chronic pain, and catastrophic impairments. He was involved in several precedent-setting decisions, including Opuku v Pal and Tomec v Economical, and he served on the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's Board of Directors from 2014 to 2020.
