About Allan
Allan Chapnik has represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases for more than 25 years, helping injured people and their families access treatment and pursue fair compensation. His caseload includes clients with brain injuries, limb amputations, quadriplegia, and paraplegia, and he has appeared at every level of the Ontario court system, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal, along with tribunals such as WSIAT and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. He also relies on mediation to resolve claims. He has lectured for the Ontario Brain Injury Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and serves as a recurring panelist on legal ethics for Osgoode Hall's continuing legal education programs. He earned his B.A. from York University in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of British Columbia in 1992, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994.
