About Dana
Dana Carson is a litigator representing individual and corporate clients in complex commercial and securities matters, including regulatory investigations, shareholder and oppression disputes, D&O liability claims, investment loss claims, M&A litigation, professional negligence, fraud actions, and employment disputes. She appears before the courts, arbitrators, provincial securities regulators, and the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, and also leads internal investigations for corporate boards and special committees covering securities compliance, trading issues, and whistleblower complaints. Dana joined Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP in 2018 after practicing litigation at a large global firm in Toronto. She was called to the bar in 2014 and holds a J.D. from Queen's University and a B.A. (Hons) from Concordia University.
