About Brittany
Brittany A.S. Davis handles corporate and commercial litigation, securities disputes, and class actions. Before joining the firm she worked as an associate at a national firm's Toronto office, appearing before the Commercial List, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She started her legal career in New York, where she represented large technology, financial, and banking companies in securities and contractual disputes and investigations, and also took on pro bono work touching constitutional, civil rights, and immigration matters. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2019 and her Honours B.A. from McGill University in 2015. She was called to the New York Bar in 2020 and the Ontario Bar in 2025, and belongs to the Advocates' Society, the American Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
