About Clarke
Clarke Tedesco is a partner whose practice focuses on civil litigation and enforcement proceedings before Canadian securities regulators. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, courts in British Columbia and Nova Scotia, and regulators including the OSC and CIRO. His work covers commercial and securities litigation, applications under the Business Corporations Act and Securities Act, professional negligence and fraud claims, and receivership matters at the Commercial List, and he also handles securities class actions and shareholder disputes. Before joining the firm in 2008, Clarke articled at the OSC, where he clerked for a Vice-Chair and completed a secondment in the enforcement branch. He now also serves as the firm's Interim Director of Student Programs. He was called to the bar in 2008 after earning his LL.B. and B.Comm. from Queen's University, and received the Lexpert Rising Star Award in 2018.
