About Dalton

Dalton practises insurance defence litigation focused on property and casualty matters, with extensive experience defending motor vehicle and occupiers' liability claims. The practice also involves investigating potentially fraudulent insurance claims through examinations under oath, and Dalton has served as trial and jury counsel in Ontario's Superior Court of Justice. Dalton is called to the bar in Ontario and Prince Edward Island and holds an LLB from the University of Ottawa.
