About Sid

Sid Kobewka is a lawyer and mediator who has practised law for 40 years, assisting clients with wills, estates, family law, business agreements, civil litigation and real estate. In addition to appearing in court, he offers other conflict-resolution approaches including negotiation, collaborative law, mediation and arbitration. His estate work includes helping personal representatives probate a will and administer an estate, as well as representing clients in estate disputes through mediation or litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, an LL.B., and an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
