About Cem
Cem Bicer is a family lawyer in Spectrum Family Law's Vancouver office. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, where he volunteered with, and later chaired, the TRU Human Rights Law Club and assisted clients through the TRU Community Legal Clinic. Bicer articled with a non-profit organization and completed a secondment with a boutique personal injury firm, and has represented clients in family, personal injury, tenancy, human rights, and small claims matters. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, and serves as Vice Chair of the Turkish Canadian Lawyers Association.
