About Dino
Dino Bottos, K.C. is a native Edmontonian who has practiced criminal defence law in Alberta since 1993, when he returned to Edmonton after two years practicing in Vancouver and joined the late Alexander D. Pringle, Q.C. until building Bottos Law Group after 2012. He received a Bachelor of Education in 1984, entered the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 1986, and graduated with his Bachelor of Laws in 1989, on the Dean's List. He has defended clients on charges ranging from murder and sexual assault to impaired driving and fraud, appearing before all levels of court in Alberta and the Supreme Court of Canada. Dino has taught Criminal Law and Procedure at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law since 2010 and has published on Charter litigation as it applies to criminal law. He was appointed Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) in March 2020 and is a member of the Criminal Trial Lawyers Association.
