About Kent

Kent Hehr is counsel at Goodfellow & Schuettlaw, practicing employment law, estate planning, litigation, real estate, and personal injury. Born and raised in Calgary, he was called to the Alberta bar in 2001 and practiced at Fraser Milner Casgrain (now Dentons LLP) before entering politics. He served as Member of Parliament for Calgary Centre, as federal Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities and Minister of Veterans Affairs, and for two terms as MLA for Calgary-Buffalo. He now serves on the boards of Cerebral Palsy Alberta and the Children's Link Society.
