Richard Bell joined BARR LLP in 2020 after acting as managing partner of a small boutique Edmonton firm for over 20 years. His practice focuses on residential real estate transactions, commercial real estate matters and corporate work, representing investor clients, developers and individuals buying or selling homes. He is experienced with investor strategies including joint ventures, rent-to-owns, agreements for sale and fix-and-flip transactions, and has spoken at real estate conferences on these topics.
