About Amber

An associate lawyer, Amber focuses on civil litigation, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters. She earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2013 and then clerked for the Justices of the Alberta Court of King's Bench. Since 2014 she has focused on debtor's rights, bankruptcy, and consumer proposals, along with creditor's rights, recovery, and enforcement, working with individuals and companies to resolve their debts and with trustees and receivers on debtor-creditor solutions. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association, where she is a past co-chair of the Creditor/Debtor section, and belongs to the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Business and Professional Women's Club of Edmonton.
