About Courtney

Courtney practises corporate and commercial litigation with experience in construction dispute resolution, product liability, commercial real estate disputes, and energy matters. She focuses on builders' lien claims, surety matters, contract advice, judgment enforcement, employment issues, and insurance claims, and has appeared before Alberta courts and in mediation and arbitration. She holds leadership roles with the Canadian Bar Association's Construction and Infrastructure Law Section.
