About Conner

Conner Harris is a partner at Rayman Harris LLP, where his civil litigation and administrative law practice centers on municipal and planning disputes, property matters, expropriations, and complex commercial cases. He has served as lead counsel in trials and hearings across Ontario's courts, assisted with matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, and appeared before tribunals such as the Ontario Land Tribunal, the National Energy Board, and the Toronto Local Appeal Body. He earned his law degree at the University of Manitoba in 2013, finishing with the University Gold Medal, and clerked for the Federal Court of Canada's Justice Elizabeth Heneghan that same year. Conner co-wrote The Annotated Conservation Authorities Act with Leah Cummings and mentors new lawyers as a trial advocacy advisor for Toronto Metropolitan University's Law Practice Program.
