About Adam
Adam Walji is an associate whose civil litigation practice spans employment law, public and administrative law, and commercial disputes. He represents corporations, employers and individuals across a wide range of disputes, including claims involving wrongful dismissal, discrimination in the workplace, regulatory hearings and complex commercial conflicts. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Land Tribunal, with experience spanning case assessment, discovery, trial and resolution. Before joining the firm he practiced at a large international firm in Toronto. He belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Employment Lawyers Association of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association, and volunteers as a mediator and through pro bono consultations. Adam was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
