About Colin
Colin Keith is a commercial and transactional lawyer whose career has combined legal, business and executive roles. His practice concentrates on complex corporate transactions across a variety of industries, with particular strength in construction law and in the development and financing of multi-residential, commercial and industrial real estate. He has also worked in-house, offering legal counsel and business development support to a construction and development firm and helping steer it through expansion, including into international markets. At a publicly traded company, Colin led corporate restructuring efforts that included rebuilding its management team, board of directors and technical staff while overseeing day-to-day operations. He previously worked at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and earned his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2011.
