About Shannon

Shannon Scrocchi is an associate in the Capital Markets Group focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. She graduated from the combined JD/HBA program with Western Law and Ivey Business School, graduating with distinction from Ivey. During law school, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada's Community Outreach Program on youth criminal justice, employment law, and tenant rights.
