About Colin
Colin practises corporate, commercial and insolvency law, advising companies on business structuring, governance, and complex commercial agreements. Colin's work includes purchase and sale of assets, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial financings, as well as personal and real property security matters and advice under federal bankruptcy and restructuring legislation. Colin's clients range from small and medium sized businesses to larger organizations and financial institutions. Colin earned a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2020 and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2021. Colin is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Bar Association and has chaired the CBA Nova Scotia Insolvency Section.
