About Cole
Cole McArthur is an associate in McLeod Law's Business Law group, advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and day-to-day corporate matters for clients including emerging companies and energy asset purchasers. He holds a JD from Toronto Metropolitan University and a BA (Honours) in Law and Legal Studies from Carleton University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and the Alberta Bar in 2026. His work includes advising rural landowners on renewable energy and surface leasing negotiations. Cole is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
