About Anne
Anne Rupcich has practised law since 2017 and now focuses exclusively on family law, assisting clients with separation, parenting disputes, support issues, and division of property. She began her career in litigation and dispute resolution before shifting her practice, and she draws on that background in risk assessment and negotiation when handling family matters. Anne holds a JD from the University of Alberta and two BA degrees from the University of Calgary, one in law and society and one in English, both with distinction. She supports clients through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, and is no longer accepting new personal injury files as she winds down her remaining litigation matters. Anne volunteers with Pro Bono Canada and the Court of King's Bench Amicus Program and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
