About Andrew

Andrew Neil Hutton is a business lawyer with over 25 years of experience advising entrepreneurs, owner-operators, and mid-sized companies on mergers and acquisitions, financings, IPOs, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 1992 following an LLB from the University of Western Ontario and a BBA from the University of Oklahoma. Andrew has extensive experience structuring real estate joint ventures and limited partnerships, and he advises several mortgage investment entities on private capital markets compliance. He serves on the board of directors of the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada and previously chaired its Alberta chapter. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association, and has spoken at industry conferences on securities regulation and business structuring.
