About Aidan

Aidan Henderson is a litigation lawyer with more than 15 years of experience handling complex civil and commercial disputes, including debt recovery, foreclosure, construction, and insurance matters. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2010 after earning his JD and a BA in political science, both from the University of Calgary. Before law, Aidan worked as an assistant to a Member of Parliament and was active in political campaigns, experience he credits with shaping his strategic, communication-focused approach to advocacy. Outside the firm, he officiates hockey at elite amateur and professional levels, including the WHL and AHL, and now mentors younger officials with the Alberta Junior Hockey League. He volunteers with Student Legal Assistance, the Court of King's Bench Amicus Project, and Calgary Legal Guidance, and coaches youth hockey in Calgary.
